For over 25 years Jay has pursued the calling on his life to worship God & mentor others. His desire is to offer passionate, honest & heartfelt worship while raising up / developing new leaders in worship & production.

Jay writes & records original music and he and his wife Rachael do photography/videography together. In 2026 Jay has shifted his focus from working 'for' churches to working 'with' churches through consulting, leadership training and contract work. This shift in focus is allowing Jay & Rachael to launch their new ministry, Jay's upcoming podcast, and get back to writing & recording original music.

Jay & Rachael currently live in Celina, TX with their three little Texans and two parrots.
